LOVE

I don't think I know anybody who has said "I don't know what love is"........and to me, that's the funny part! We humans have been on earth for thousands or years ,we have gotten married, have procreated, have been in relationships, and I am 100% sure we still do not have any idea of what real love is.

Yes I know it might sound drastic but I'm sure if i ask, no one will give me an explanation and if they do, they would not have a story to back them up. And this is because love is not just to say the words but act, prove and show with every action that we love and care about the people around us, not just family and close people, but everything in sight.

The reason why I say such thing is because love is not only about couples, love is the capacity we should have to care about everyone around us. Unfortunately we have only been able to care about us, us and only us. Yes you might say you love your family or your life partner but can you tell me you care and love the ones suffering in a small town of Africa? Can you, being honest, say you look after the homeless and orphans? The answer would be NO. Only a small portion of the world's population would give me a different answer.

I believe it is the ability to love your surroundings and everything in it is what makes us humans. Love the people, the earth under your feet, the air you breath, the little kid who gives you a smile, the rude old man who bump into you and didn't apologize because he feels you are younger therefor you need to respect him, not the other way around lol, love your really annoying boss, the sick person who asks you for a penny, LOVE NATURE itself, not just the trees and grass but the whole ecosystem. One being can not survive without the other. We need each other and nature to survive. This is on what we are failing, we do not realize everything is falling apart because of our lack of humanism, of feeling...........of LOVE for what we are.
